Firestone

April 11th, 2008

The other day I had a little bad luck with my car and would not start (unfortunately it was raining and I was drenched trying to get it started). I do not use a regular mechanic shop so I was not sure who to use. I called many places and all of them unpolitely either answered the phone as “shop” or just the usual “hello”. I tried to ask them why they thought my car wouldn’t start, but all of them said that I would have to just bring it in. They didn’t even ask what it was or was not doing. They just wanted me to bring it to them.

But when I called Firestone I got a very friendly “Thank you for calling Firestone. This is David.” David had a very friendly welcome so I decided to ask his opinion. He was happy to offer his advice based on what my car was doing. Even though he wasn’t sure what it could be without looking at it, he came up with some possible problems. He even suggested that I get my battery tested first so that way I wouldn’t pay the expense of a tow (unfortunately it tested good).

So I got my car towed there and they finished it very fast. Great service!

Smith & Conkling

April 4th, 2008

I have never met Brent Smith or Sheila Conkling, but I came across their website and was very impressed. It offers more than just two out-of-focus pictures and price tag. They offer beautiful pictures of every room of the house and every angle. Also, if you are new to Jonesboro, get to know them and learn about the city on their website.

They offer great value through their website and offer something other real estate groups do not offer.
